‘This seminar will focus on developing a state of play in practice. Using games and drills the aim is to develop soft skills, intuitive body movement and a creative approach to problem solving. Whilst remaining within the martial domain, the games and drills are to be practiced in a curious and ‘playful’ manner; and will explore core principles of blending, receiving and neutralising.’
