𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘: 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟳.𝟬𝟬 – 𝟴.𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝗖𝗘𝗧 / 𝟲.𝟬𝟬 – 𝟳.𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝗚𝗠𝗧
The training will explore the idea how to approach forming a resilient (anti-fragile) body. We will look at an area of study that perhaps recently has not been emphasised: the area of conditioning, strengthening and stretching. The classes will also cover a range of 𝗨𝗞𝗘𝗠𝗜 + 𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗠𝗜 exercises and drills, a wide reaching and valuable area of exploration.

The benefit of having a extended period of solo training means that we can focus on developing our own ‘𝘼𝙄𝙆𝙄-𝘽𝙊𝘿𝙔’ (Hammer) and the ‘𝙐𝙆𝙀-𝘽𝙊𝘿𝙔’ (Anvil). We need to be fully prepared and primed for our eventual return to our beloved interactive practices. There is no better way than solo training as part of a group, with clear guidance and feedback. We are fortunate in the Takemusu Aikido System to have all the tools necessary to work out from our basics and into solo practice, we only need to know where to look. The philosophy of the Online Dojo is to to create a space where we can share our practice wherever, whatever the current circumstances:
